Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-10 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• No Exchange or Refund : Once a product is sold, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been enacted, we will NOT accept any cancellations for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure to enter all information correctly.
• Sold Out Items : If the item you’ve purchased is sold out, we will automatically initiate the refund process. Once the process is completed, our system will send you a notification email.
• Partial Order Fulfillment : If only part of your order can be fulfilled, we will automatically refund the amount for the sold-out items ONLY. We will NOT accept cancellations of the entire order.
